Privacy Policy

RestioHub processes restaurant operational data on behalf of the organizations that subscribe to the platform. We are GDPR-compliant and EU-hosted. Each tenant's data is isolated via row-level security; we never mix data across organizations.

What we collect

Catalog, stock, purchasing, sales and operational data synced from your Syrve POS; staff accounts and roles; AI artifacts (label scans, invoice images, parsing results); reservation and guest CRM records you create in the product.

How we use it

To operate the platform, run AI features you enable, generate reports, and improve the product. We do not sell data and do not use guest CRM data to train models.

Sub-processors

Supabase (EU region, database and auth), Google Gemini (AI inference), OpenAI (embeddings), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), WhatsApp Business API, Titan Email (invoice inbox). A full list is available on request.

Data retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us — data is removed within 30 days.

Your rights (GDPR)
