Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RestioHub, an AI-powered restaurant operations platform. By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subscription and billing

RestioHub is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Beta pricing is locked for 12 months from public launch for qualifying Beta participants. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Acceptable use

You may not use RestioHub to violate any applicable law, transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity of the platform. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Data ownership

You own your restaurant data. RestioHub processes it on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell your data or use guest CRM records to train AI models.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for production systems. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance via your Beta Slack channel.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RestioHub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the prior three months.
