Do I need a Syrve POS account?
Yes — RestioHub is Syrve-native. We connect via the official Syrve Server API (iikoServer) and read/write products, stock, sales, suppliers, cash shifts and invoice data. You'll need a Server API credential from your Syrve account.
How are AI usage limits counted?
Each plan includes monthly quotas for label scans, invoice OCR runs, product enrichments and menu generations. Usage is visible in real time in Settings → AI. If you approach a limit we'll notify you before anything stops.
Can I run multiple venues?
Yes — the Scale plan is built for groups. You get one login, one control plane, per-venue data isolation and a group overview with side-by-side KPI comparison. Syrve chain discovery maps a new venue in minutes.
Is there a setup fee or annual commitment?
No setup fee and no annual contract during Beta. You pay monthly and can cancel any time. When public pricing launches, Beta members keep their locked rate for 12 months.
What integrations are included?
All plans include Syrve POS sync. Growth and Scale add Stripe Connect (deposits, event payments), Twilio SMS, WhatsApp Business for PO delivery, Telegram bot, Reserve with Google, and Google Gemini / OpenAI for AI features.
